Project description

Tenant fit-out for the Austrian insurance company UNIQA Re AG to refurbish 888 m² of office space consisting of various open-plan and individual offices, meeting rooms, a server room with an autonomous cooling system, and a sitting area with a kitchenette. In addition, several large telephone booths were created. The entire office is air-conditioned and ventilated by means of cooling ceilings. The project was executed under a total contractor mandate with a fixed price. The implementation of the project, including all the planning and realisation phases, took four months.
