Project description

Tenant fit-out of a 395 m² open-plan office in Zurich’s Seefeld area consisting of various individual offices, meeting rooms and a sitting area with a kitchenette leading directly to a terrace. The existing bathrooms were partially renovated. The entire office was also equipped with a cooling ceiling with integrated ventilation. The new building services system, which is located two stories higher on the roof, was accessed by means of the disused lift shaft. This will later also serve to provide access to the extension of the remaining floors. The implementation of the project, including all the planning and realisation phases, took four months.
