Project description

Tenant fit-out of the 4th floor and the tower on the 5th floor with its own terrace in the “Eidgenoss” building at Bahnhofstrasse 13/17, a landmark in Zurich’s city centre. The fit-out included an open-plan office and several individual offices, meeting rooms, a reception area and a kitchenette with a sitting area. The bathrooms had already been replaced as part of the enhancement of the basic fit-out during the total renovation of the property. In addition, a shower with a changing room was constructed for employees. The entire office is cooled and ventilated by means of cooling ceilings. The complete fit-out, including all permits, was completed within four months.
