Project description

Tenant fit-out for the coworking space provider Spaces. Due to the high demand for coworking space, the 4th floor was also rented. The conversion work included an open-plan office and individual offices, meeting rooms, a server room and a kitchenette with a sitting area. The entire rental space is cooled and ventilated by means of cooling ceiling panels. The extension took only 2.5 months from receipt of the order to turnkey delivery.
