Project description

Renovation of the entire lobby, including the reception and restaurant, of the Park Inn hotel at Kloten airport. The restaurant and bar were transformed according to the Bocca Bueno concept, which is followed in all Rezidor Hotel Group restaurants worldwide. Competitors were discouraged by the fact that it seemed virtually impossible to keep to the deadline of four months from receipt of the order and preparation of the building permit to turnkey delivery. The hotel remained in operation during the entire construction period, and no disruption to business was permitted. A temporary reception desk also had to be set up at another entrance.
