Project description
Renovation of a single-family house in Uetikon am See including considerable changes to the ground plan, which could only be implemented by means of structural measures. A new open kitchen and new bathrooms were created. The previously unused attic has been remodeled with the master bedroom, master bathroom, dressing room and office. In order to create optimal lighting conditions, several new skylights and a hatch were installed during renovation work on the roof. In addition, the entire outer shell was renovated and a new geothermal probe heating system was installed. The conversion took only three months.
