Project description

Renovation of a single-family house including a new open-plan kitchen, bathrooms and various changes to the floor plan, which could only be implemented by means of structural measures. A wellness and fitness area was created in the previously non-converted attic according to the wishes of the owner. Several skylights were installed in order to gain sufficient natural light. Despite various project changes by the client, the refurbishment was implemented within the stipulated period of three months.
