Project description

Total conversion of a 7.5-room penthouse flat in Zurich’s Seefeld area right on the shores of the lake. The flat was completely renovated to meet today’s needs. This included making various changes to the floor plan that could only be implemented by means of structural measures. The flat has a total of four freshly renovated bathrooms, a new kitchen and a large living/dining area, which is now interconnected. Since many parts of the building are listed, great attention was paid to existing materials such as parquet floors and wood panelling. The colour and material concept was based on these specifications.
