Project description

The “Augustinerhof”, a listed building in Zurich’s old town, underwent a total renovation. The renovation included the complete interior and exterior refurbishment with new windows and display windows, a new roof area and the restoration of the facade. Office floors 1 to 3 were completely renovated and each floor now has bathrooms and a kitchenette. The rooms were also fitted with a cooling system. In the course of the renovation project, the Widder Garage, the bar of the famous Hotel Widder, was also refurbished. It was fitted with new building services, and several floor plan changes were made. This included creating new bathrooms as well as a separate members’ room directly linked to the bar. The complete renovation took six months, with a lead time of only three months.
