Project description

Tenant fit-out of 2,200 m² of office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors consisting of various open-plan and individual offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms and a server room with an autonomous cooling system. Per floor two recreation rooms with kitchenettes were built. On the 3rd floor a customer reception area was created, including customer meeting rooms. The entire office is air-conditioned and ventilated by means of cooling ceilings. The implementation of the project, including all the planning and realisation phases, took four months.
