Project description
Renovation of the complete outer shells of all four double apartment buildings, including roofs, windows and facades. All the railings on the balconies, staircases and in the surrounding area that no longer complied with the relevant standard were also modified. The 50 rented flats affected were also partially renovated, and the property was connected to a new heating system.
