Project description

Redevelopment of the commercial property linked to the two neighbouring properties (connections on different floors). The Deloitte corporate identity concept had to be implemented according to specifications from London, and regular discussions were held with the Deloitte specialists based in London. Open-plan offices on a total of five floors were equipped with kitchenettes, and acoustic panels were fitted on the walls and ceilings. In addition, a server room with its own cooling system had to be installed on each floor. A general sitting area was created on the ground floor with a large kitchen and connections for daily lunchtime catering facilities. The entire planning and implementation time for the project was just 3.5 months, including all official building permit applications.
