Project description
Construction of a new apartment building consisting of seven flats in the centre of the village of Birchwil. Each of the flats has a balcony, a terrace or a garden seating area. The property includes a fully exploited underground garage with 21 parking spaces. Before construction could begin, the existing farmhouse first had to be demolished. The building was located in the centre of the village, so the exterior had to resemble the farmhouse and its outbuildings.
